Jessica Choe, piano, has won numerous prizes in the U.S. and abroad, and has performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Seiji Ozawa Hall at Tanglewood, Foundation Bemberg (Toulouse, France) and I Tatti (Florence, Italy). She was a recipient of the Presser Award in 2003, and in 2004 gave her Carnegie Hall debut under the auspices of La Gesse Foundation. An avid chamber musician, she has collaborated with artists including Alexei Lubimov, Eric Jacobsen, Joseph Swensen, and Philippe Quint. Most recently, she has appeared on the Seattle Symphony Chamber Series, Vashon Chamber Series, Jansen Arts Center Series, among others. Choe began her piano studies at the age of 3 and has studied with Benjamin Pasternack, Eleanor Sokoloff and Herbert Stessin. she is a graduate of the Peabody Conservatory of Music and the Julliard School.
